Retanning – Stuffing – Dyeing
Those processes take place in stainless steel, wood or polypropylene drums of different sizes.
They consist in a second tanning of the wet blue hides. Mechanical characteristics of the leather are given by fatliquoring agents. Then the dyeing process gives the skins their basic colour.
